I love smoothies. They are perfect anytime of year to fuel your body with wonderful nutrients and you will be glowing from the inside out! I have been adding a little coconut oil to my smoothies lately because of the amazing health benefits and I love how it gets almost a frothy feel! Delicious for a post workout recovery!
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tsp raw honey
1 Tsp pure coconut oil
Dash of Cinnamon or coconut flakes for topping
Mix well in a high powered blender and enjoy!
