Inspired from a recipe from Dr. Axe, whom I have followed for quite some time (you should too), this slow cooker chicken and veggie soup is SO AMAZING. I switched it up a bit by adding chicken and changing some of the spices and I promise you will not be disappointed. Incredibly filling, satisfying, and healthy! This is a go to meal.
4 Sweet Potatoes, Peeled & Chopped
3 Carrots, Peeled & Chopped
3 Onions, chopped
3 Cups Mushrooms, Chopped
2 Organic Chicken Breast, No Skin
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
3/4 Tsp Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
5 Cups Vegetable Broth
Place vegetables and all other ingredients into slow cooker and mix well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Garnish with fresh parsley and ENJOY!
