1-on-1 personal training is very effective because it allows your goals to be met with the utmost care.  In our first session, we will discuss YOUR specific goals, and then work together to reach them.

This type of training can be done indoors or outdoors or BOTH!

All attention is on you, your progress, your pace, and your needs.

Small group training can be a great way to get your friends involved in holding you accountable to your goals!

This is a fun way to train, very motivational, and gives you that extra push!

INDIVIDUAL 1-ON-1 SESSION PRICING:

$60/hr
$40/half hr

PACKAGE PRICING FOR 1 -ON-1 HOUR LONG SESSIONS:

5 Session Package (hour long)- $250 ($50 saved)
10 Session Package (hour long)- $450 ($150 saved)
20 Session Package (hour long)- $950 ($250 saved)

PACKAGE PRICING FOR 1-ON-1 HALF HOUR LONG SESSIONS:

5 Session Package (1/2 hour long)- $175 ($25 saved)
10 Session Package (1/2 hour long)- $325 ($75 saved)
20 Session Package (1/2 hour long)- $600 ($200 saved)

SMALL GROUP TRAINING PRICING:

2 people $45/hr
3 people $40/hr
