    I loved being on Alexis’ two week plan!! It was just the right blend of challenging exercises evenly distributed throughout the week. Her meal plans were also wholesome and delicious – I especially loved making her healthy smoothies! By the end of the two weeks, not only was I feeling better and stronger physically, I had also lost four pounds!! I definitely recommend this plan for anyone who is looking to get in shape!

    Alexis two week workout plan really changed the way I see strength training and healthy eating. I always did cardio and ate whatever I wanted, but when I started all of her strength training exercises that the plan does three times a week, my whole mindset changed. Strength training began to be something I enjoyed rather than dreaded. Especially squats, because her leg workout and full body incorporated a lot of different squats I had never done before, and they really toned me up! The exercises, including her HIIT workouts, made me excited for the clean eating because it fueled my workouts and my muscles toned so much more. I grew stronger, too! The plan made the eating fun for me because there are so many amazing foods to eat. Like the quinoa pasta! I won’t ever go back to regular pasta now!! It was a great experience and I am continuing on with it because it was so effective!
