No Guilt Cookie Dough

Looking for a mid-day treat or a quick dessert that will keep you feeling light and guilt-free?  Look no further than my new guilt-free cookie dough!  I am telling you, this stuff is delicious!  I have been craving it almost every day!  Along with being so tasty, it is also protein packed!  Reach your goals and ENJOY doing it! 😉

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp Natural Peanut or Almond Butter
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Tone It Up Vanilla Protein Powder from Target!)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips or Rainbow Sprinkles (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together in a cup or bowl until smooth. Enjoy!
