1 Tbsp Natural Peanut or Almond Butter
1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Tone It Up Vanilla Protein Powder from Target!)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-2 Tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips or Rainbow Sprinkles (Optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a cup or bowl until smooth. Enjoy!
