Happy 2017 Everyone!!!
It’s a brand new year with new goals, dreams, plans, and resolutions. I am someone who loves to dream big and really strive to make those dreams a reality. Like you, I am excited to overcome new obstacles, reach new levels, and be the best me possible. I wanted to share some of my personal resolutions with you!
1. Personal– In the New Year, I want to get a real alarm clock so that my phone is not right next to my bed tempting me to scroll through social media every morning and night. I want to have more friends over to our house. I want to travel more and continue to decorate my house so it can feel like a home.
2. Fitness– I really want to focus more on flexibility and rehabilitation in the new year! Working out a lot can put a strain on your body, so taking care of yourself is really important and something I often rush through! I also want to start some group training classes and take another fitness course to continue education! Also, of course, to be in the best shape of my life! 😉
3. Nutrition– I want to strive for excellence in the area of nutrition this year! More consistency in eating well and making healthy choices a priority! Especially after the holidays!
