Today I was in the mood for something smooth, refreshing and hydrating to fuel my body. This smoothie was the perfect fit! It is so healthy, very filling and delicious. Try it with a little protein powder to help your muscles recover after a workout. I hope you love it like I do!
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
1 tsp honey
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 small handful of ice
Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Enjoy.
