Lemon & Chia Superpower Pancakes!

Love these pancakes from Tone it UP!  They are so good and totally guilt free!  I am ALL ABOUT some healthy pancakes!

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup egg white
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 mashed banana
1 tsp. chia seeds
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. flax meal
Berries (optional)
Coconut flakes (optional)
100% Pure Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mash the banana and add other ingredients until mix is smooth.
2. place a little coconut oil in a pan or use non stick cooking spray, pour in batter and cook.  Once you see bubbles, flip until the other side is cooked and browned.
3. Top with berries of your choice, coconut flakes, lemon zest and drizzle with maple syrup!
