Honey Cinnamon Breakfast Muffins

Need a breakfast muffin that is healthy, filling, and gets you excited to wake up in the morning? This is IT!  Perfect with coffee, you can grab these on the go and not feel guilty doing it!  Gluten free, protein packed, and so tasty!  Hope you like them! 🙂

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Almond Flour
1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
4 eggs
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Honey or Agave
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Organic Unsweetened Applesauce

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together until smooth
Bake for 15 Minutes or until a fork comes out clean

Enjoy!

** Makes 12 muffins
