Greek Yogurt Bowl!

This is one of my GO TO easy and healthy breakfasts.  Packed with protein and heart healthy ingredients, you will love it too!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup organic plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cupfresh blueberries and blackberries
small handful of slivered almonds
small handful of unsweetened coconut flakes
1 Tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp chia seed
dash of cinnamon
1 packet Truvia
1 Tbs raw honey

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients well, and enjoy! 🙂
