Get Sweaty

I don’t sweat, I sparkle.

It’s time to get your sparkle on, girl!  Throw on those tennis shoes on and get moving!  Take long walk or run, do a HIIT routine, grab some weights, or come visit me here at Daybreak Fitness!  Do you know how amazing sweating is for your body?  Not only do you release harmful toxins by “sweating it out,” causing excess salt, cholesterol, and even alcohol to be released from your bod, but sweating also improves your skin tone and elasticity causing you to appear younger and more beautiful!  That is why they say you get that “after workout glow!” Obviously we know sweating helps us shed unwanted pounds, but there is so much more!  Your overall mood improves as endorphins are boosted, your circulation is increased helping blood flow, and releasing so much energy helps you sleep like a baby at night!  YES PLEASE.

So, with all that being said, GO GET SWEATY!
