4 egg whites
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup chopped red onion
5 cherry tomatoes sliced
1/4 red pepper chopped
Chicken Sausage of choice (already cooked)
1 Slice Ezekiel bread
1. Heat olive or coconut oil in skillet over medium heat
2. Add onions, pepper, tomatoes and sausage until veggies are tenter and sausage is cooked through
3. Add egg whites and spinach, scrambling until spinach is wilted.
4. Add sea salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve with Ezekiel Bread.
