Who says pancakes can’t be healthy? These protein pancakes are SO delicious, so fluffy, and so packed with healthy ingredients! May your daybreak be a happy (and tasty) one.
4 Scoops Vanilla Vega Protein Powder
2 Organic Eggs
2 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
4 Tbsp Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium low heat. Pour batter into pan and cook until you see bubbles come to the top of pancake or until the bottom is browned and then flip. Serve by spreading a little almond butter over pancakes, some cinnamon, blueberries and maple syrup.
