Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

Craving something sweet?  This cinnamon bun smoothie is not only healthy and protein packed, but it will also satisfy your sweet tooth!  Great for a post workout recovery drink!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Banana
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Ground Flaxseed
1 Tsp Coconut Flour
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Handful of Ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix well in a high powered blender, top with some extra cinnamon and enjoy!  🙂
