Chicken Avocado Patties

Anything with avocado is AMAZING and these patties are no different!  Flavorful, healthy, protein packed goodness! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Organic Ground Chicken
1 Egg
1/2 Sweet Onion Chopped
1 Tbs Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 Tbs Fresh Chopped Basil
1 Avocado Chopped
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
Coconut Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix chicken, egg, chopped onion, parsley, basil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.  Fold in chopped avocado.  Heat coconut oil over medium heat while making chicken mix into patties.  Cook patties until no longer pink.
