I was craving something healthy and fruity to fuel my body this morning and this smoothie bowl did the trick! Between the heart-healthy berries, low-sugar granola, peanut butter and a touch of honey, this will be a go to breakfast treat!
1/4 cup frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1/4 small banana
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 Tbsp low sugar granola
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp unsweetened coconut flakes
1 tsp honey
1 tsp peanut butter
1 handful ice
Mix all ingredients except for the granola, honey, peanut butter in a high powered blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with low-sugar granola. Heat up the peanut butter and drizzle it and the honey on top before serving. Enjoy!
