Banana Popsicles

Need something cold and refreshing on a hot summer day?  While most treats are full of sugar and other ingredients that are bad for you, these babies will be good for your body as well as your taste buds!  Perfect for kids or ANYONE!

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tsp coconut oil
dash of sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender.  Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.  Run warm water over popsicles for 30-60 seconds to get out of the mold.  ENJOY!

*You can add some cocoa powder and peanut butter or almond butter to make these more chocolaty! Or chocolate protein powder.
**I found my popsicle molds at Target! 🙂

      Hi Michelle! I use Vega Protein Powder in Vanilla. 🙂
