I have found the perfect fall post workout smoothie! Apple Pie Delight! The mixture of apples and spices are so yummy and I know you will love it like I do!
1 apple peeled and sliced
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup raw gluten free oats
1/4 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 Tbsp almond butter or raw peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash pumpkin spice seasoning
Handful of ice
Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth. Enjoy!
