Hey guys! I am Alexis Hamblen, your personal trainer!  I created Daybreak Fitness to help you reach your fitness dreams.  It’s the perfect time for you to do something you have never done before, and I believe the challenge will be both exciting and rewarding.  Fitness should be FUN, customized to meet your needs and your goals, and of course, a positive and encouraging experience.  I can’t wait to meet you and help you change your life for the better.

Growing up as an athlete gave me an extreme love for fitness early on.  I enjoyed playing soccer from a young age all the way into college at Belmont University, a Division One soccer school.  I wanted to be active any chance I got, so I was always playing tennis, hiking, and trying out new fitness classes in town.  All of this combined molded me into someone very passionate about health and fitness. I have always been passionate about encouraging others.  I love personal training because it gives me a chance to connect with people by helping them reach their full potential.

My goal in personal training is to show you that taking care of your body can be fun and rewarding.  I hope to inspire and teach others the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle.
